The Second Time Around
This is a book jacket that I created for a novel titled The Second Time Around. This assignment was to develop a successful dust jacket, based only on the knowledge of the title. I chose to photograph a carousel in a eerie, unsettling way. To me, the novel is a suspenseful thriller, about a child who is kidnapped from a mall carousel. The plot revolves around the child's parents and their fight to bring their daughter safely back home. It was also selected by Rick Valicenti of Thirst as a part of the 2011 annual Student Exhibition at York College of PA.
